Your ratings always seem to be a nice mix of 'yes, of course'-s and surprises, which i really like. I never would've though "The Collector" would be something I should check out, for example, but now I start to wonder. The 'Last House' remake is another one I wouldn't have suspected.

And I've heard such mixed reviews from friends on 'Daybreakers' that I decided I just have to see it for myself, but haven't gotten to it yet.

Horror is a tough genre to rate. There are certainly many things that I love but wouldn't recommend or would recommend but only with some kind of caveat.

The Collector surprised me as well. It is pretty old school horror but very well done.

Great list!!
But I thought the hills runs red was terrible, very bad overall...
Yeah, The collector worked very well compared to Saw, the fish hooks... auuu, damn!

Daybreakers was very watchable, and different from these new stupid vampire movies! Worth a look... :)

Gawd, I forgot about "Grace". I wouldn't go out of your way for that one. One of the worst horror films I watched all year.
