Very nice, packed with classics! =) Aerosmith's "Train Kept a'Rollin'" is a worthy mention if you're interested. Also, Blue Oyster Cult (Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll/Godzilla/Don't Fear the Reaper).

When you have a chance man, check out a band called Dragon, a personal favourite of mine. Their 70s stuff (April Sun in Cuba, Are You Old Enough etc) has a very classic sound reminiscent of the others artists you've mentioned. I think you'll enjoy them.

Been thinking of doing something similar but getting it down to a manageable number (I was a headbanger growing up!!)...I like how you broke it down to a certain timeframe, too.

Still tryin' to get caught up on my 70s' knowledge. But that aside, Zeppelin are KINGS!!! Kick ass nice to see "Heart" on here!
