*The man was just cold and sinister. He kills two of Benjamin Martin's children. One a young boy and the other a newly wed. He had a group of wounded soldiers shot dead, and had a church filled with innocent bystanders burnt down.

*An animated villain with true tragic depth. He is a character who because of his relationship with his father became the stone hearted monster he is later. He was sympathetic, but a great villain all the same.

*The true villain of the STAR WARS saga, who is too often overshadowed by STAR WARS' tragic hero Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader. He was smart, deceptive, and powerful. He constantly created conflict, and by REVENGE OF THE SITH it's glorious to see his plans come to fruition.

Best Villainous Moment: Starting Order 66 to start the elimination of the Jedi.

*Disney's most underrated villain. He has the most depth of any Disney villain, and is definitely the most human. It is the humanity to the character and lack of magical powers that makes him Disney's truly most frightening villain as people like him have, and do, exist. He's a tyrannical leader who is a bigot and commits genocide all in the name of God, and even lusts over a woman.
