Greatest film based of comic book, ever. Great soundtrack and brilliant acting from James Earl Haye and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
Jpit's rating:
If Ritchie ever does a better film than this one, then i'll just be damned. Alan Ford is definetly the heart of this film as the pig fetished, nothing more than a evil, but as yet so funny and loveable bad guy. This is kinda like Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels remake, but with brighter comedy, better written characters and as all the other ways improved crime-comedy.
Jpit's rating:
Terribly underrated comedy from the great Rogen/Goldberg team. Ending shootout goes to one of the most hilarious comedy moments ever.
Jpit's rating:
Great movie as a black comedy and Christian Bale is at his best. Passable as a book adaption, I mean, the story, characters and all are pretty much the same, but the book goes much more deeper. But a great movie, especially if you just think it as itself, not as a book adaption.
Jpit's rating:
Great over-the-top action, just like it is suppose to do. 00's action movies still got some hope.
Jpit's rating:
Along with American Psycho, this is Christian Bale at his greatest. He's method.

Contains one of the greatest scenes Tarantino ever directed and possibly the best character he has ever written - Hans Landa by Christoph Waltz. He may have been nazi and little evil, but at the same time very intelligent, charming and loveable. I would also give character points to the tragic German Soldier, Fredrick Zoller. I was also very pleased, that the movie didn't focus too much on the Basterds killing Nazis, especially since I didn't like them that much and Tarantino made Nazis somewhat likeable (like in the baseball bat scene, where the high rank soldier was just a man, who proudly died for his country.) Only scene I really I didn't like was the very last one, I thought that this could have ended just before it, but otherwise this is the best Tarantino since Pulp Fiction.
Jpit's rating:
All the actors acted Dylan very good, from Richard Gere to Cate Blanchett, but I found Ledger's storyline the most interesting of the whole great bunch.
