Ventruss Rank : 1820	Posted : 1 year, 1 month ago at Oct 23 17:18 - Don't know if anyone else has heard of these guys but they rock and they were at my school today as a stop on their tour. if you go to my vids you can see one of there music videos and they also have a myspace where they have posted all their songs so far.

They're HUGE! lol.. teasin'... always love checking out new talent, so i'll look them up... On a related note, I never had an established band play at our school, but the kids that played at some of the events were FROM my school. In fact, I used to play cards with their guitarist, Ian, at lunch time. You may have heard of them: Billy Talent? ;) From wikipedia: The band originated in Meadowvale and Streetsville, two neighbouring districts in Mississauga, Ontario. In 1993, Ben Kowalewicz and Jonathan Gallant were part of a band called "To Each His Own", where Gallant played bass, and Kowalewicz was on drums. Kowalewicz moved to vocals, and Aaron Solowoniuk was recruited in his place. Then backstage at the talent show of their high school, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary, they met Ian D'Sa, who played with a different band by the name of "Dragonflower". The two bands started playing local pool halls and bars together. I remember Ian when he was part of Dragonflower. I went to Our Lady of Mount Carmel, by the way.
