Good, clean, pugilistic fun. Whether your knocking out poor old Gabby Jay or the intimidating Rick and Nick Bruiser, it's always fun. Old favorites make return appearances: Mr. Sandman, Super Macho Man, and of course, Bald Bull. "My barber didn't know when to quit, do you?"
"Based in large part on the original classic, Punch-out (or the almost identical title Mike Tyson's Punch-out), this is a fun boxing game that utilized pattern memorization and trial by error to discover each opponent's weakness. It's a fun game, and if you are a fan of the original, or just looking for an enjoyable boxing game, I'd recommend this one for certain. "
"Super Punch-Out is amazing! The characters to box against are very funny, the game play is difficult, and the graphics are great. Even though the game is difficult it begs to be played again and again as you progress and learn the patterns to beat your opponents. The music could be better I feel but other than that it is definitely one of my favorite SNES games. "
