Well, it's hard to explain, but this game just gives me creeps. Not bad ones, though. It's just as it's supposed to be. Why 9/10? Well, it's too realistic at times, and you could finish failing a year in college (like I did...)
Anyway, great game, and you can see sid meiers fingers here again. His genious just impresses me. Great graphics, beautifull sound, and great playability.

This was totally an epic of awesome. And it was so totally different from the 'original' game, Civ3, that it was like a whole new franchise, kinda. Everything was much deeper, better thought out, and even prettier to look at.

....

But, you know what.

It still sucked.
