Description:Taking place in both the USA and Japan, Red Steel is a crime themed shooter that has the player controlled Scott Monroe fighting off various members of the Yakuza clans in order to rescue his fianceé.
It features sword duels and gun fights using the Wiimote, to allow the player to swing the control as they would swing a sword. It features sword duels and gun fights using the Wiimote, to allow the player to swing the control as they would swing a sword. The positioning and movement actions of the Wiimote also let the player aim their weapons almost as they would a real gun.
Not only must the player fight off many clan leaders, but the option is often given to spare lives of the enemy. This is wise as it leads the player gaining more friends, rather than more opponents in the future if the Scott is seen to be dishonorable.
It is up to Scott to hopefully gain allies and uncover the reasons for his financeé's kidnapping.... (more)(less)

The story is basically simple save your hot sexy Japanese fiance Miyu. The problem though is she is kidnapped and is the head yakuza bosses daughter so to save her you get mixed up in an age old japanese gang war just to get her back safely. Trust me she's worth it xD!

"Red Steel is actually pretty good for one of the Wii's First titles. It really makes great use out of the controls and I for one did enjoy the music in the game. My only problem mostly is the dialog does not really make sense and the voice acting sounds awful. "
