Weird Game Cover

Phalanx is your average space shooter on the SNES but it has some of the most weird box covers I have ever seen and why false advertising. The old guy with the Banjo does not even feature in the game why this happened I read somewhere that the developers added the man to attract customers as many space shooters where on SNES at that time. " In my opinion, this is a cover so bad that it's good. What does a hillbilly and his banjo have to do with a scrolling space shooter? I don't know...But it's probably awesome. The fact that the hillbilly seems to not have any idea of what's going on or where he is just adds to this masterpiece."
