Fable Flaws

Some of the flaws of the first Fable have been fixed in this. For example, in the original Fable, it was impossible to steal gems. It was also possible to give gifts to/use expressions on a Summoned human, such as a bandit or guard. Additionally, enemies, represented as red dots on maps, could sometimes be confused with Demon Doors, shown as a slightly larger red dot. In this edition, gems are now stealable, and Demon Doors now show up on maps as purple blobs. The bad news is, now Summon is a pretty much useless spell, because even if you get the wasp to kill something, your Summon doesn't take on the new form. Which, in a way, solves the accidentally-giving-gifts-to-summoned-creatures problem. Also, some Demon Doors are now easily attackable. You may find this out the way I did, when ...Read more
