When does a decent gaming experience become mediocre? Is calling any game decent merely a cop-out for those unwilling to be more decisive in their decision making? With many claiming that giving a game a seven out of ten in review leaves too much of a gray area for those that are reading, does that mean this take on what Mega Man X5 has to offer is doomed to be irrelevant?
