"This game, more than the first in the series, spawn my great interest in the Elder Scrolls series, and in spite of the huge size of later installments, it's hard to compare to the sheer size of this one. Take all the quests and guild missions and side quests you have to do in the starting province of Daggerfall and multiply that by dozens and dozens of other provinces? It's nearly impossible to complete all the mission in every province of this game...at least, if you want to have a life outside"

This game is here for nostalgia reasons. In reality is comes nowhere near Morrowind and Oblivion as whole. Daggerfall by game-area is large as hell. But so big part of its area is empty space and random dungeons, which by the way pretty much suck due they are really oversized mazes that repeat themselves so bad. Once you go in, prepare to spend hour to find your way out. Towns are also repetitive. Theres still some kind of magic in this game for me. Maybe its just the overall idea they had of c"

"I never got very far in Daggerfall, but it was so much more rich even than Might and Magic, that it drew me right in. Though it also made me hyper-aware of that dungeon-door-opening sound that I recognize it even in movies and tv shows that use it to this day."
