I mean honestly...If you pick up too many snacks during the course of a level, you die from your blood sugar level being too high. Yes, this lame-o can’t handle it if you pick up every snack in the level. On top of that, he goes out of his way to shove it in Ranger Ralph’s face that he has diabetes during the course of the game. Who’s Ranger Ralph? Who cares.."

"Beat February 15, 2011 I dislike this game greatly. I have a bit of a sweet tooth, so I'm fairly sure that I'll get diabetes as I grow older...But even when that time comes, I won't want to play a video game to remind me of it. Captain Novolin is a game made not for fun, but for the purpose of teaching children about diabetes...Needless to say, it's terrible. Thankfully, the game is pretty short so the pain I suffered through for screenshots didn't last too awful long."
