"Set during The Battle of the Bulge, Saints and Soldiers follows the story of a group of soldiers who escape the Malmedy Massacre and have desperately try to get back to Allied lines not only in order to survive but to also inform their commanders of important intelligence they have gathered. Considering the budget of this movie I was very impressed and I'm glad that many seem to have given it the credit it deserves.
