A fun movie

It isn't a great movie, but it is fun to watch occasionally. If you like the humor of Dan Aykroyd then you will enjoy this movie; not only does it star Dan Aykroyd, it is written and directed by him.

The movie is not hilarious as the taglines would have you believe. It is humorous throughout with an occasional slow part. The funniest character is by far the old magistrate played by Dan Aykroyd. Dan does a good job of playing the crazy old coot. John Candy plays two characters: one is a mute and the other is a depressed cop. His speaking role isn't very long so don't look forward to Candy providing the laughs in this one.

The best scene in the movie has to be the one with Digital Underground performing for the judge.
