this is a loose washing film about transient moments. if you're looking for clear defined drama look elsewhere. if you want a moment of possibilities this film is full and rich.

really i think this is highly based off of wong kar wai's chungking express and fallen angels series. those are two of my favorite films so this although less complex is a mood piece that i enjoyed a lot. somewhat better than the seemingly identical (less foreign setting) "broken flowers" which i'd add to the list as similar movies.
