This is one of the greatest film I've ever seen. One of the first movies to start up the whole "cgI" future. The acting is brilliant, with the exception of some corny lines by our elvish friend Legolas. New characters occur, more twists and I'd say, darker scenes. In a way in this move, evil catches up with "good", to set a more balanced essence.
This is personally my favorite movie of the Trilogy.

I loved all the Lord of the Rings films i think the photography and scripts was fantastic and has for the actors like the veteran Christopher Lee and Ian Holm etc were fabulous. the location in New Zealand was wonderful. JRR Tolkin was writing great stories.it was a great all rounder for any age from 9 upwards.and the special effects was out of this world.
