"Jumper" has all the material that makes it the perfect date movie. You and your significant other can ask each other questions like "Where would you "Jump" baby? Would I be there with you?" and your sarcastic response might be "I would "Jump" where this movie isn't $8 a ticket!” Not to say that the movie wasn't worth my $8. Personally, I really liked this movie. Being bred under the sci-fi sign of the 80's makes me kind of bias still this movie is right up my alley. “Not totally awful, Jumper is mildly entertaining, despite having Hayden Christensen in the starring role. Why does he keep turning up in movies that seem halfway decent? Just seeing his face, or his name, makes me want to avoid anything he is in...and this one was no different. Jumper, while mildly entertaining, is sure not spectacular, nor really worth watching, as it doesn't add anything really unique/new/special...whatever...to the world.

Maybe if they had spent more time developing the story, instead of having his character spend the first half of the movie jumping from place to place, and mostly into banks so he could steal the money he uses to live off of (for eight years!) without ever once trying to get an actual job and repay some of the stolen money as he had promise” read more
