The clean, crisp art style that defines modern European comics is almost entirely the influence of Hergé. It is compelling, exciting, and spiritually rewarding in the way that the best comics stories can be.
"Containing mystery, humour, adventure, and above all heart, ‘Tintin in Tibet’ is the most emotionally resolute of all the Tintin adventures, and with no clear-cut villains to be subdued, it instead focuses on the human spirit, the bonds of friendship and the strengths of persistence and compassion. This is a heartfelt return to form for the series after a few average episodes."
"Tintin's friend Chang has been lost in Tibet after his plane crashed there. Tintin and Haddock go to rescue him after making a journey through India to get there. Once they start their expedition, the fear that Chang has been killed and eaten by the legendary Yeti who inhabits this part of the world."
