“This second book in the Sean Dillon series, sees Dillon switch sides from terrorist/assassin to hero. Opening with a prologue set around Hitler's bunker in the final days of WWII. With the Russian bombs landing ever closer, Hitler instructs his second in command, Martin Bormann, to leave the bunker, and take with him, a briefcase, and head to Argentina. Within the case is a blue book, listing both British and American sympathizers to the Nazi cause, and a document called 'The Windsor Protocol', stating that in the event of a German invasion of Britain, the abdicated Duke of Windsor would re-take the throne. Bormann never makes it, and the U-Boat that Bormann is travelling in, is fatally damaged during a storm.
