The Unusual Secret

Posted : 12 months ago at Nov 28 19:46
In Amsterdam of 1972, a 16-year-old girl discovers her diplomat father's darkest secret. Twenty years earlier, the narrator's father Paul's mentor, Rossi, disappeared while researching Vlad the Impaler. Joining forces with Rossi's daughter Helen, Paul began to search for his mentor in a journey that spanned Europe.

Twenty years later, his 16-year-old daughter must continue the search for Rossi, when Paul mysteriously disappears himself. Along the way, the narrator and her family is menaced by Vlad the Impaler's followers who are searching for a book about their Prince. I give this book five stars because I thought it was an interesting take on the vampire myth.
