The Food Doctor Diet has been written to help people achieve their natural weight, without extreme or potentially dangerous diets. I have found from personal experience and from working with hundreds of private clients at my clinic in London that the low calorie diets, and the high protein and fat diets are just not sustainable in the long run. You may lose weight at first, but once you return to your normal eating, the weight, and perhaps more, comes back. I have formulated The Food Doctor Diet to include all the food groups, to maximise energy levels and promote digestive and overall health. There is a kick start Seven Day Diet to help you on your way, during which I suggest you familiarise yourself with the Ten Food Doctor Principles. These have been designed to allow you to apply the principles to all situations, whether you are at work, at home or on holiday. Its easy to follow, and allows healthy, sustainable weight loss which is easy to maintain. Unlike most diets that have a beginning, middle and end, The Food Doctor Diet shows you how to incorporate the plan into your everyday life. The plan was trialled on Channel 4's Richard and Judy, and the participants all lost around 1 stone ( 5/6 kilos ) in just three weeks. I am confident that the plan will work for you just as well.
