I must be the odd one out because I'd never heard of this cat before seeing this book on the shelf. I really liked all the cat stories but got bored by the author's chapters about her family and life outside of the cat so yes I skipped those and just read what was about Dewey. A good book, but not something that I would wish to buy for my collection.
