Pre-Code Actresses (48 person items)

" Beautiful in a gentle, humble way with porcelain white skin and long, silky blonde hair, Ann Harding excelled at playing the stoic, long suffering heroine of impeccable moral standing - but she was an extremely capable actress who was sadly typecast too early in her career. Some of her post Code movies expanded her repertoire, but her biggest fame was prior to 1935. Oscar Nominated. PRE CODE MOVIES: 1934 The Fountain 1934 The Life of Vergie Winters 1933 Gallant Lady 1933 The Right to Roma"
